Appreciate your vigilance, but want to clarify the time. This has not been 6 months. I manage this building, and I painted over the whole wall (they'd done full bombing + the fire-extiguisher thing up high) Jan 10th. They came back the same night, and did some small stuff, which I covered in two days. Two more days, and they did the entire wall again. I repainted the entire wall and sent a photo of the finished wall to the City on 1/17, 3 months ago. Within 3 days, the wall was covered end to end. These kids have been a plague to me and the neighborhood, and I am now working with a plumber to rig up sprinklers on motion-sensors. For now, I'll get the thing painted again, but it's very discouraging to see a half-day's work wrecked in 48 hours.
