  Lulu... if the issue wasn't addressed then it should be reopened. I'll leave it to someone else to reopen though, since I don't make it down there very often. Do it below...

  This location is still an issue. Encampment, trash, dogs, human and dog waste is all still there.

  There are 18 different reports on this camp & trash pile. Oak 311 is just trying to clear multiple reports & reports that are years old.

  CJ their normal procedure for clearing multiple reports is to combine them... not to say it has been addressed.

  Now we both know that the camp will be eradicated for the PGE work... but I wonder how much it will cost us (City taxpayers) to clean up and dump all the debris? It's a shame that because OPD is not doing their job and enforcing our existing laws, that it has come to this.
