  I don't understand why the city doesn't seek a permanent solution. We can't call OPD every single day to report an issue that we have already reported multiple times. Why isn't anything else done? Are people living in the RV's fined or given any type of warning so that they don't keep coming back?? They always come back and they bring a lot of trash with them. What happened to the cameras that were installed at this location? SO SICK AND TIRED OF IT.
