The traffic light at L. Decatur and Clairmont Rd. needs some tweaking. Drivers are such a rush to get through this heavily-trafficked intersection that they don't stop for pedestrians with the "walk" signal...not necessarily on purpose, just because they're trying hard to get through this miserable intersection. It's really scary for people on foot. Couldn't they have a brief red-light-all-round period where NO cars can go, and let peds through then?
