During this heavy snow storm I approached Orange while on Chapel. Wrapped up in scarf and hat and with umbrella, I looked up and saw that the walk light indicated I could safely cross the street. I began to cross, and peaked around my umbrella only to see a City of New Haven Park truck heading straight toward me. He proceeded to Run the RED Light as I jumped back to the sidewalk. This is NOT what I expect from a City Employee!
