There is a huge dying tree on the corner of Filbert and Greenway. It was condemned by the tree warden over a year ago. Despite numerous calls to the city nothing has been done. A few weeks back one of the dead branches that was over 10' long fell on the sidewalk, still nothing. Since the city isn't going to do anything (they weren't sure if the tree was on their list or on the UI co. list) please be safe when walking there.
