This situation has NOT been fixed. In fact, just today, I became aware that the same problem exists at the next Rte 10 Eastbound traffic signal at Center Grove Rd. Just this morning I sat in traffic on Center Grove Rd almost back to the entrance of CCM. I read an article once how with the synchronization of the traffic signals along Rte 10 E has improved traffic flow by 3 minutes. Well, I am here to tell you that anyone who has to sit in the traffic at the feeder roads (Dover Chester Rd & Center Grove Rd as examples) has INCREASED the time they sit in traffic by several minutes. I have sat at the light at Dover Chest Rd and there is no traffic on Rte 10 - yet there we sit....for what?
