This area is a wooded area know for dumping. MANY of nights I would report the illegal dumpsters' license plates to the police and street depts. Also there is a "man made damn" in the same area at which many people ( vans license plates are from N.J) dump old construction materials in the damn. I called the street dept. to report the problem.. that was a waste of time. Those people are lazy as hell(Nepotism in Philadelphia is a huge problem). I was told if the trash was in the street, I must call the street dept but if the trash was beyond the curb, I must call the city. WTF? ARE YOU KIDDING ME?
