Historic cement steps of homes damaged by street and sidewalk repair after city water pipes broke and were replaced. Additionally gas department forgot to update pipes until after new street was put in and all the belgium blocks were removed, street has a huge dip, and street department did not fix building or marble step, or cement flower pot damage they did during the replacement of the street.
