Delmar, Lemont, Silverwood, Tibbon...all these streets are covered in inches of ice. The conditions are horrendous. We need this ice chopped up or salted. A city plow came by when the snow was still soft with it's plow up saying "we can't plow here because there is nowhere to put the snow. " Now look what we are left with. We pay taxes we should be able to somewhat safely drive out of our neighborhood.

It looks as if a lot of time has passed since this issue has been reported because of the snowstorm.
