On April 30th around 4:30pm it was about 70 degress but an early 20 year old black male with light to med complextion was seen looking into every car window and checking door handles.
He had his hoodie up even though it was HOT out when walking south on 15th street. He was so close to every car he passed by that he touched most of them. This is an image of the suspect when I drove around the block to have my passenger take the photo.
911 was called but I'm not sure if they got the guy.

Correction he was heading NORTH bound on 15th, not south as reported.
He also had a large flat nose like some punched it when he was a child. You could tell this man was looking for anything to steal with the way he was looking around and walking.
