These folks have turned their garage into a Mediterranean restaurant. 24/7 they are brewing something that smells like rubbish. They were so kind to add a fan driven vent and blow it into my yard. I cannot open the windows or sit in my yard without having to endure the noxious smell. I did not know this was legal and why do we have kitchens in houses. This needs to stop!
