This afternoon, two people (one male, one female) both white and approx 70 years old approaching toddlers and nannies in the Dimond park toddler playground and trying to grab/hold babies without consent, even after being repeatedly told "No, he doesn't want to play." One tried to grab a child off a slide and then out of a nanny's arms and then kept following her, before pointing at and approaching other children.
Luckily there were several vigilant nannies present who grouped together to keep the kids and each other safe from these people.
Please be vigilant, keep an eye on your children and let your childcare providers know. Even people who may look friendly and harmless might grab a child whose caregiver is distracted. Terrible to have such a nice neighborhood park disturbed by scary people
