These two dirt bikes continue to drive and park on the sidewalk between the lionheart and the restaurant at 450 Madison. This has been reported previously and not addressed. When it happens in the evening, Parking can't be reached and the police say parking is not their jurisdiction. So people can just park wherever after 5:00 p.m.? Since this issue is not getting resolved and is illegal as well as dangerous when they drive on the sidewalk, please have the neighborhood police officer speak to both the lionheart and the restaurant at 4:50 and inform them that whichever of their employees are driving and parking on the sidewalk have to stop. They have to drive and park on the street. Neither vehicle appears to have a license plate either.
