  I am currently working on some adjustments to the program to help assist you with the issues you are currently experiencing. I will be running the new program starting next week.
  I am unable to completely stop traffic in all directions for the ped movement you are talking about. The problem you are experiencing with traffic can be solved with enforcement, but, there are somethings I can do to help make you make it across more safely.
  I will comment again and close ticket when the program has been installed and monitored.
