Yea that property is a mess. I think it’s a developer that uses that property for a staging and storage area. My biggest complaint with that property is that the side walk is non existent. However the sidewalk on the whole street is a busted disaster. When you’re paying over 12,000 a year in property taxes one would hope the city would keep up with the neighborhood maintenance. It’s just like 270. I’ve been calling the city about purchasing that property for 4 years and every time I call It’s always under contract. Been under contract for 4 years with no movement. Humm
