In yet another attempt on the city's part to draw a massive negligence lawsuit, the Parks department has yet to put reflectors on the massive concrete blocks they put in the road to close Goodwin Park Road to cars in the summer.

I posted on this issue last year and some reflectors were added, but not on all sides. This is a safety issue for people in cars and on bikes--a big piece of concrete cannot be seen at night, even with a bike light. People use the park at night and this is yet another lawsuit waiting to happen.

Here ends my yearly request to please put reflectors on these things.
