A number of teens loiter and smoke marijuana near the 12th St BART escalator in front of DeLauers and make it difficult to exit...it's almost a maze… there numbers and appearance are very intimidating...after rush hour the numbers increase and include young women with baby strollers and small children) the blue and yellow jacket security presence has been non-existent recently.
