This forum is for reporting issues in our area, I did not see an age limit posted nor did I see any listing of things not to report because this is a “city”. I do remember when Lark Street was the village of upstate. Most of us would love for it to be that way again but it is going decidedly in the opposite direction, more like a burning dumpster fire on wheels. I used to be an Albany taxpayer, I never saw the value in it. I'm now getting that value in entertainment.
