I had to have my cable repaired by xfinity cable and the cable service guy was able to identify the fallen cable by the serial number on it to AT&T. I called AT&T and got a ticket # ANS10HZ97, I spoke with Customer Rep Frederick at approximately 11:00am today, 12/02/2023. So in case something ever were to happen, they can sue the crap out of AT&T and not Miami Springs. This fallen cable issue has been going on for over 6 months.

AT&T service person came by 12/04/2023. He was nice enough to investigate whose cable it was because he said it wasn’t their fiber optic line. At first he said it was Comcast, I told him Comcast said it wasn’t theirs, and the service person from Comcast said it was AT&T’s. Anyway the AT&T service person said he would investigate and he did find out what company the line belongs to. The company name is Crown Castle. He sent me a pic. I called the company, I spoke with John from Crown Castle on 12/04/2023 around 10 am. He said they would send a truck to fix it today or tomorrow. Service Ticket # CCF23681616. Hopefully the issue gets resolved.
