Dawn Road, West of LaCanada has new pavement. My concern is there is a hot rodder that lives close to Dawn/Venus. He and or his friends are now doing burn outs on the new pavement. Is there anything that can be done to put a stop to it ? It took decades to get new pavement down, would hate to see it torn up so soon.
