Leaphart Road handles approximately 10K VPD and I've put in my own request for a traffic signal there because it's on my list of intersections that need new traffic signals.

The problem has not been fixed and on morning with Pineview Elementary so close the parents dropping off their children have the road so blocked that it can take up to 10 minutes to get off mineral springs and past the school. Several of the parents just sit in line with their children not even near ready to get out of the cars. To help thisproblem the school needs to set up a different drop off.
