Alvarado Rd Potholes (3) Revisited on March 2014, a pothole was reported here & finally fixed 9 mos later at 648 Alvarado. Quality of Job done was so poor that pothole returned a few weeks later. Other more significant ones have appeared at 654 & 688. Considering traffic of autos, cyclists & pedestrians, these are liability issues that Oakland must not ignore. The entire section of street should be repaved.
