Love to say I told you so , But I can't. But I did..The Team is definitely playing games with the housing authorities of both Ansonia and Derby. Games that are hurtful to lots of residents ( poor,poor democrats,outsiders) .Looks like those Team folk in BHC are a big help to him and their status quo.

No one is perfect and folks do need a second chance , But that 2 lawsuits against the mayor by former employers of his !?! His previous peculiar if not outright outrageous comments should have raised a flag - *You have to show accountability , transparency, capability, professionalism , Before handing over $millions$ with no questions asked.
