The water supply from the tap smells strongly of chlorine It isn't the first time over the years In the past, the folks at the water dept have told me to let the taps run for five or ten mins That does nothing It's smelled this way going on three days My water filtration system can't get the smell out I've been buying gallons Please advise Thank you
