A controlled burn would be good training.. Evacuation training for the Bums and Firefighting for the Firemen

Are they hurting anyone? Seriously what's the problem here. Cops don't even care the people here are harmless.

Yeah you do. Or maybe you just need to chill out about them, make their acquaintance, they're generally not the terrible people you assume they are and they're loyal like dogs!

I have seen the cops roust them.. Maybe you should get Fireman Randy involved with his Fire department and other "Burning" issues

If they would clean themselves and their suroundings up it would help the
whole community. But fred seems to think that it is OK. So as I said, he must live in

As one of those "bums" on divison st. ill tell you this its only one individule out of 6 or so makeing that mess. We have told this person to clean up so the cops and neigjbors wont be @#$% but hes not exectly sane. So we end up bagging what we can. If you want something done how about bring me some garbage bags, im one of the guys with the cute dog.

The trash is due to one of these bums. I know because im one of them. We have tryed to tell him to clean up, however hes a bit nuts and dosent really get it. The rest of us clean, bag up the trash, haul it off. So if you want something done, bring me some garbage bags. I'm the guy with the dog.

Yup and the "camp" was on property that was clearly posted NO TRESPASSING ...
