Recycle has not been picked up in over a month in Northridge subdivision. Please help.

Its sad that other neighborhoods are getting picked up on their scheduled days and we have to play "one hit wonder" and run to the door if we hear anything that sounds like a trash/recycling truck. JUST AN UPDATE WOULD BE NICE, because no one likes to have the trash container sitting out in the road for weeks because we do not know what to expect or when it'll be picked up!!

As Mrs. Howard stated, we need an update so that we know whether or not we should continue keeping recycling trash separate. If there is no possibility of pick-up, we will know that we should put our recycling out as regular trash. Will our bills be pro-rated to account for the lack of services provided? Please advise.
