In what way will closing this ticket without action incentivize DBI Waste company (617 389-9656) to use an empty travel lane, or empty parking spaces, in the future?

This issue is not "closed". I have reopened it. The City needs to IMMEDIATELY impound this ILLEGALLY and DANGEROUSLY placed dumpster. Had this been placed in the middle of the vehicle lane of traffic it would have already been towed away.
