When is the city agencies going to go after these developers? We have been living with this quagmire for a number of years. This mess is right behind Elfreths Alley. Nice sight for the ever increasing number of tourists to see.

I fully agree with this comment. The end lot is 138-40 N. Front street is owned by a local business. They illegally park cars on the lot on a daily basis, yet, they neglect the proper clean-up and maintenance of the eye-sore in historic Old City.
I personally know the owner of 114 Quarry. His good intentions to rehabilitate this problem has been thwarted by the Elfreths Alle residents refusing to allow the necessary construction scaffolding.
The city needs to intervene on both matters. It's time to push these developers to clear these lots and build.
