There is a lot of debris from a recent accident at the intersection of Bethabara Park Blvd and Brian Center Ln, mostly glass and sharp shards of plastic. Could someone please clean this up before tires get popped?

A porta John has been outside my kitchen window for close to a year now. Random people are using it as they walk by. I have tried to call the company but they tell me they can’t do anything without me knowing who has rented it. Can you have it taken away?

Abbey park rd is a residential street with lots of speeding traffic. There was a severe traffic accident in this intersection that could have been avoided if it was a four-way stop.

Garbage and recycling collectors leave the bins in front of the mailboxes and leave the bins knocked over in the street as well as resident's driveways. This has been an ongoing issue and we request an improvement in customer service.

Was told that the city had to inspect the manhole in the easement between my house and my neighbors. They dug it up this morning and just left this hole, a foot deep, and dumped the dirt. This is hazard. Please fill it back in.

This utility cable is hanging after the storm and blocking my driveway I do not believe it is a power line, but it needs to be repaired Unable to get a human response from utility companies Please provide some guidance

Large rock in middle of trail causing cyclists to crash. Please remove or paint red to warn people. Greenway has many washed out areas that need work. Especially the long hill with massive runoff ruts in it is difficult to ride or walk.
