Building appears vacant. Never shoveled entire year, and hence a target for shady sorts.

Garbage throughout yard and backyard. It looks like people are living there even though it appears to be registered abandoned.

Mobile trailer home that has been left open and not secured, to decay on the back of the property at 1384 Sylvan in St. Paul, new "owner" Scott Hansen, and existing partner Tony, of Great Lakes Storage and North End Storage(defunct business) should maybe lock it up or tear it down, before it attracts some riff raff, and somebody gets hurt.

Sidewalk along Grand Ave. Water seeping up through the retaining wall and the sidewalk has created a 12 inch high ice block along the sidewalk for about 25 ft. Cones and warning signage has been erected by the city, however no other action seems to be taking place. Is there a plan to abated this deficiency?

With the past rains on the dirt road, there is a foot deep gouge taken out of the roadway.

Significant flooding from Saint Catherine's is pooling on Cleveland Avenue at the Metro Transit bus stop. The water has risen to above curb level.
