    Bushes behind Autozone are persistently used by homeless and people doing narcotics. Trash is constantly an issue. Needles, baggies with white powder and tin foil with burnt narcotics residue can be found all over.

    Reporting a nuisance property. These tenants began partying on their back patio around 2:50 am on Thursday, May 2nd. There were at least 5 people on the patio, potentially more. They played loud music and shouted consistently. All males. I overheard a neighbor ask them to take it inside and they responded in an offensive manner that they would not. They did not quiet down until 4:30 am.

    Abandoned Building: Homeless people broke into abandoned building and have vandalized it, graffiti all over. They have been there for about a week now. It used to closed up until it was broken into by different people. There is also a red Honda parked in front of building with no plates on it and an expensive bike on the back of the car

    This property has been issued several violations by the Midvale Park Homeowners Association HOA and they have continued to ignore them. The carport is full of construction materials, an old boat and other misc debris. The back yard is a jungle and junkyard that has not been touched in years.
