  • I have a Flamingo card and it is not showing that code for me to scan. It also created another card that I blocked
  • On 5/18 and 5/19 I had major problems with my Flamingo card on routes 6, 38, and 39. I have free discount passes applied to my card each month, but over the weekend the reader showed that there were no passes on my card. Today, the card is working fine on every bus, so far. I will need a call back regarding this issue to review the account because I don't want to be put off the bus if there is nothing wrong with my account
  • I have a new phone, but I need help moving transferring my current account to it. I need to get home today, so please call me as soon as possible.
  • I have a new phone. I can see that there is a balance, but I am not seeing the QR code to be able to scan the phone. I would like to also merge come cards I have into one.
